Tenant Charges
In addition to rent and deposit there are other costs that tenants must consider before entering into a new tenancy agreement. Depending on circumstances, the following are payable:
Holding deposit (1 weeks rent of the property which will be deducted from the first months rent payment)
During the tenancy there are other costs that may be covered in addition to the rent which may include:

Keys - £78.00 – (£65.00 plus vat)
Unpaid rent – After 14 days 3% above the Bank of England base rate
