'What we have enjoyed about living in the house has really been the area. We have a village feel location, being only a few streets away from open countryside yet we still have the opportunity to go into Leeds and enjoy the night life and the shopping that this city has to offer. Our neighbours are very friendly and supportive and we really don't want to leave them or the house that we redeveloped to perfectly suit our needs and our desire to have a family one day in it, however my now daily commute means that we have no choice but to leave.'
