THINGS I WON'T CARE ABOUT IF I COME TO VALUE YOUR HOME

When inviting a stranger into your home to place a value on it, it can be daunting.

Sellers love to point out all the flaws of their properties.

Guess why? Have you ever been complemented on a dress and you can’t help but downplay your response...’it was only’ or ‘I’ve had it ages’ well guess what? We do the same with our homes, it’s human nature.

Because we live in it every day there are little things that annoy you or niggle you that a new buyer wouldn’t even notice.

️ We only care that you’re showing your space to it’s absolute best, clutter free with the furniture in the right places (don’t worry, this isn’t guess work) when I comes to value the property you will get bespoke advice on what to move/not to move

Don’t worry about clearing everything away, when I come to value your home I expect it to be ‘lived in’ a few cups on the side won’t impact the valuation! Yes have your home tidy for viewings but you don’t have to pretend you don’t live there!

I genuinely don’t care how tidy your garage is and neither do perspective buyers, this will not impact the price or interest.

Don’t neglect your frontage....dead plants in pots are an absolute no, if you don’t have time to replace them, remove them!

We are here to guide you what exactly you need to/don’t need to do to make your home appealing. With 25 years experience in selling. Elissia Heanue couldn’t be better equipped to guide you.
