What does Elissia get asked on a daily basis as an estate agent with over 25 years experience in the Leeds property market?
Well the most frequent question is actually 'how do you walk in those heels?'
But on a serious note, the consistent question Elissia gets asked daily is if there is going to a price drop in the market. When Elissia gets asked this she always asks the prospective buyer if they're planning on selling again in 6 months, to which the answer is always no of course not.
Elissia then explain that the reason she asks about timescales is that property being bought in desirable areas with great infrastructure will always be a sound purchase. As with any investment there can sometimes be very small dips in property prices in line with the strength of the pound and overall economic conditions. However, anyone buying in desirable areas with excellent schools, amenities and transport links will always be purchasing at the very safest zone of the housing market.
Elissia has worked through strong markets and very challenging markets (including the housing crash of 2007) and so she is used to adapting sales strategies to the strengths and weaknesses of each market.
We are currently in a buyer's market but all this means is that properties must be priced correctly and buyers now more than ever need confidence instilling in them that property is still one of the soundest investments you can make, the only agents equipped to do this are the ones with experience. #leeds #estateagentleeds #northleeds #estateagent #forsale #LeedsEstateAgent #SellYourHomeLeeds #LeedsProperty #LeedsRealEstate
